The 2019 Holiday Gift Guide: Fitness Edition

Ok, Ok, Ok… So it’s December and the clock is ticking on finding the perfect Holiday gifts for those special people in your life. And if those special people happen to be health and fitness obsessed like me then I have carefully put together my top 20 health and fitness gift ideas. This list includes splurge home items for meal prepping to inexpensive stalking stuffers and everything in between for that special fitness buff in your life.

Get ready to mix and match and shop till you drop case all of these are my must haves this season!

1.) The Glute Lab Book . This is the BIBLE of glute building and overall strength training.

2.) Liquid Chalk. I can’t live without this stuff it is my go to for all my heavy lifts and it’s under $10!

3.) Beats by Dre headphones. I mean can you even workout without music? These are my absolute favorite ones on the market.

4.) Meal prep containers. Simple and practical. And let’s be honest we all need extra in our lives.

5.) Air fryer. A splurge item but SO WORTH IT! My meal prep game has been elevated since I purchased mine.

6.) Squat/Thrust pad. If you’re not thrusting what are you even doing with your life? Most gyms don’t have them so you have to bring your own and it’s under $15.

7.) Blender bottle. This is an inexpensive gift (under $10) that every fitness lover needs because we loose them all the time.

8.) Band set. Also a must have to bring to the gym or for travel workouts.

9.) Lunch bag. If you’re ready to take your meal prep on the go you need a cool bag to take it in. I have my lunch bag with me wherever I go!

10.) Travel utensil set. And if you are taking your meals with you, you are going to need utensils so let’s be environmentally friendly and grab this travel set!

11.) Nutri Bullet. Another splurge but another kitchen tool I can’t live without. I use mine for making all my protein shakes and smoothies.

12.) Lululemon Aligns. If you know me you know these are my FAVORITE gym pants. They fit like a glove and feel like butter. Please gift these to every woman in your life, they will thank you, I promise.

13.) Athleta Puffer. This is my new go-to jacket this winter. It’s WARM, form fitting, has all the pockets and hand warmers and it’s perfect to throw on before a workout or to wear for an outdoor run.

14.) Converse. Unisex and hands down the best shoes for weightlifting. If you want my lifting shoe recommendation here it is.

15.) Adidas Ultra Boost. Now for running I am in love with the Ultra Boost. If running is your thing then these are the shoes for you.

16.) Nike Sweats (for men). Ladies every man needs a great pair of sweats for the winter and the Nike ones are my favorite.
