I am now offering an introduction to weightlifting mini session package where you will learn proper form, the 5 major lifts (hip thrust, squat, deadlift, chest press, military press), find what weights are right for you, how to use different machines and equipment, basic movements for each muscle group, and much more!

I will film you doing each exercise you learn so you will leave with a video library and come ready with your notebook and questions for Q&A time with me.

This will be done over the course of three 30 minute sessions.
