For me training my clients and helping them grow stronger with each session is truly my passion and purpose in life. My style of training is based around strength and physique with a focus on basic, old school bodybuilding principles. Each workout you do with me will be carefully programmed and tried and tested by me before you do it to ensure you’re getting the best workout possible. Yes that’s right, you will be doing my workouts adjusted to your weight level and I promise you will be sore for days. Together we will tackle your fitness goals, build your strength focusing on form and progressive overload all while making weight lifting fun.
