Yes it’s true, I like big butts and I cannot lie.

Glutes, booty, butt, tush, derriere, backside, rump, fanny, ass, caboose, apple bottom, buns...

So many names for my favorite body part and the muscle group that everyone wants to build, tighten, and plump.

So now that we’ve discovered the what and why about glutes let me tell you the how. 

Starting Thursday February 21st The Glute Camp will kick off it’s weekly strength building class at SALT is the cure SF. This is such exciting news for the San Francisco Bay Area because this is the first program of it’s kind in the area. 

These will be 20 person group strength building classes with a personal training focus. Programmed by the two best glute experts in the area we will take you through a group warm up, split you into groups and perform 5 weight lifting circuits and end with a group booty burn out and don’t forget the group picture to document our workout of course!

Personalized training meets group fitness to target your glutes, hamstrings and quads for the ultimate leg day experience.
