The Easiest Meal Prep Solution: Crock Pot Chicken!

Crock Pot Chicken… it' doesn’t get easier than this…
I sometimes feel like a broken record when saying BULK PREP YOUR PROTEIN but I will say it again because it is truly my #1 tip for successful meal planning. If your protein is prepared it's easy to quickly measure and add it to the carb/side of your choice. And moms out there this is a double tip because it's also a lifesaver for preparing quick, healthy at home meals for your kids! 
The crock pot is my go to for fast hands off protein prep. 
Here's my favorite receipe:
▪️2lbs defrosted chicken breast
▪️1 pack of @mccormickspice Grill Mates seasoning (purchased at Safeway and comes in a variety of flavors)
▪️Follow directions to mix seasoning
▪️Put chicken in the crock pot
▪️Pour mixed seasoning over the top
▪️Turn crock pot on low
▪️Let it cook for 6-8 hours
▪️Take a fork and shred 
And that's it! You will have tons of yummy shredded chicken you can use for tacos, salads, put on top of rice or pasta, the possibilities are endless. 
Just like that you're ready to take on your fitness goals prepared with your nutrition plan on point. Always remember failing to prepare is preparing to fail!
